Student Housing Impact Fund Africa (Pty) Ltd ("SHIFA") aims to be South Africa's first pan-African student accommodation property fund, with a specific focus on investing in quality and safe accommodation to government-funded students attending both colleges and public universities. The Fund aims to make a significant social impact by providing government-funded students with access to high-quality accommodation furnished to fully comply with the relevant Minimum Norms and Standards for Student Housing at affordable rates, and in so doing, providing these students with the greatest possible chance of successfully completing their studies and obtaining gainful employment.
